Extra Charges

  • 2nd story or higher windows- $16 per pane

  • Windows larger than 4ft x 4ft- $16 per pane

  • Mileage to your home or business outside of our 10 mile radius

  • $200 minimum charge for jobs beyond 30 mins of Rapid City, SD

  • $100 minimum charge for homes in Rapid City

  • $50 minimum charge for apartment buildings (per apartment)

Customer Excellence with a Family Focus

Jewel Windows, Inc. has, and will continue to be, a company owned and run with family at the forefront. It all started with the foundation of the company by the Schefer family in the 1950’s and by the 1960’s it was owned by Roger and MaryAnn Jewel. In 1978, the business was purchased by Lynn Braddy, who upheld the name and standards that had been founded over 3 decades prior. After 37 years of hard work and dedication, Lynn graciously passed down the Jewel Window Washing torch to the youngest son of his three sons, Chris. Under this new ownership, the business began expanding and rebranding. In 2017, Jewel Window Washing began installing Christmas lights and, in 2019, Jewel Window Washing transformed into Jewel Windows, Inc. Jewel Windows, Inc. continues to be the leader in residential window cleaning for the Black Hills area. We love our customers like family and hope to serve you and yours for a lifetime!
